Transportation will be provided from this hotel to Matforsk in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon/evening.

Cancellation
Deadline for cancellation of hotel reservations is 4 April at 18.00. The organisers reserve the right to invoice participants for the full cost of their reservation if cancellations are received by the organisers after this deadline or if the participant does not check in (no-show).
